He debated a minute and then pushed the button on his laptop and mailed it off.
When He got up he was surprised to see an answer.

So he went to the Dr and got his medical paper work done and mailed to her. And He saw She had sent him hers..... so he knew she was starting out this the way he had been reading about .
He also saw a note on the table......

You will strip off all clothes and fold them up and put them in the tub as well as your shoes/ car keys etc,,,, you will not need them until you leave.
Then you will put on the collar n paddock it on. Then next you will put on the cuffs on both your wrists and ankles and do the same. Then you will take the last 2 paddocks with you to the cage you will get in. You will see a gag hanging on the door. Put it on n get in the cage. You will lock the gag on you. Then shut the door and lock the cage door.
With as much hast he eagerly stripped and folded his stuff neatly hoping that would please her and he followed each instruction to the letter. Once in the cage he realized he could not raise any higher then him on his knees within it but that he could stretch out and lay down in it and that it did have a rubber mat in it. Then the lights flicker out and it was pitch dark in the room. It did not bother him initially but over time it begin to make him nervous. Then a bright light flicked on lighting him in the cage. and he could not see any where in the room any more. That was when he heard her hills go click click click on the floor as she came close to the cage.
And that as the first time he heard her voice, even though he could not even see her at all.
Welcome my pet..... I do hope you are enjoying your new home. I am going to take you out of the cage and lead you to the table so you may eat your dinner, and then use the restroom before you go to bed as you will have a very long weekend ahead of you.
So she unlatched the door and snapped a leash to his collar. DO NOT STAND UP. You have to earn that right, so crawl and follow me. She led him to the door and then outside. He realized that it had turned dark since he had been there. Down the small dirt trail they went to the back door of the house. Then up the three steps and into the kitchen. DO not think that you will be eating here in the kitchen every meal, because you will not. Like standing this also is a privilege and since it is your first night I brought you in to eat and listen to the rules as you eat.
You will be allowed to take a shower in the evening after our play sessions... Also any cuts will be treated. You will be given water bottles in the age to drink. You are responsible to clean up all your messes. I will ring you in in the morning and you are to cook my breakfast and sit at my feet while I eat. I will tell you t that point what I want you to do as far as house chores. Once done you may eat your breakfast after I take your gag off. Then go to the bathroom off the kitchen and use the bathroom and brush your teeth. Then come to me crawling and I will put your gag back on. You May then walk back to the building and get into you cage, and wait until I am ready to play with you.
With that she pointed to the bathroom in the corner and advised him to go and use it. And he did not hesitate to use it. Then she locked the gag back in place and kissed him on the forehead and commented on How well Behaved he had been and that she was pleased with him and he had earned a bonus. SO she picked up a throw blanket and told him to stand and put his hands out and she put the blanket and pillow in his hands then off they went back to the building and to the cage and she told him to make his bed up and then get in. The she said sweet dreams pet. Get plenty of rest as she had many amusing things ahead for him tomorrow.........
