Stood up again - 4 times in 4 weeks

Is it just me or do other gurls get stood up by their arranged online dates on a regular basis?

Last night i was stood up by a guy i've been chatting to on-line for a while. Thats the fourth time in four weeks.  Like really!  This is becoming an epidemic of biblical proportions.  No text or call saying there was an issue, no applogy later, just zip.  They have gone dark and left me sitting at the alter, well my comfy couch all dressed up and no place to go.  

I'm getting so mad and disillusioned.  Most of all i'm becoming one of those cynical old world weary bags you used to run into occasionally and think the "life has been sucked out of that bitch."

Now if i'm chatting to someone and i hear like one red flag word or phrase, even if its a little one and even if its in context i just end the conversation, tell them F&/k off and block them.   You know the words/phrases .......

I had developed a set rules based on previous experience that i thought would screen out most of the pretenders such as ..............i don't talk to anyone over 40km away, under a certain age, nude profiles (like they have nothing on them), cock pic profiles etc.  But alas the no-shows are still getting through my screening.  

Maybe its me? Maybe i've lost my ability to spot the wanker or maybe I'm just past it and should be set out to pasture like an old racehorse past their prime.
