One early morning, a husband is driving home, he sees a male and female at a car on the side of road and thinks nothing of it.. but his friend in the passenger seat says "isnt that your wife". The husband stops his vehicle abruptly and looks back. To his utter shock, he sees his wife walking towards him, mean while the unknown male takes off in his car.

The husbands insides knot up, the earth shakes and the world takes on a different color. Somehow he knew this was coming. His first thought "my beautiful son, Your world has changed forever"

Her husband knows exactly what she is doing yet she denies and denies.

She even gets false DVO on her husband in order to conceal the lover. She lies to her family, to her friends and her new lover. She uses the police to punish the husband for telling the truth.

The husband hopes to salvage the marriage so that thier son will have a complete family. He is ready to forgive and forget everything, if only his wife can simply speak the truth.

They set up a meeting. The husband repeatedly reminds the wife that he only wants the truth, that there should be no lies if she wants this to work. He tells her the truth will hurt but he will accept it, but if there are any lies, they will undermine the trust he is placing on this. Being afriad his wife will lie, he can not help but keep reminding her the importancr of speaking the truth, reassuring her that, no matter how bad the truth is, he will forgive and forget.

The meeting takes place, the husband having been promised by the wife that she will only speak the truth, awaits for her arrival, heart in throat, mentally preparing himself for whats to come. The wife arrives, they sit down and after some small talk, the wife tells the husband her story. In this story, the wife had stayed faithful to the husband. Upon hearing this, the husband is elated with relief, feels an over whelming sense of love for his wife and accepts her back. He takes her back home where they enjoy each others company.

But after the initial emotional rush subsides, cracks begin to appear in the story the wife had told. The story does not fit the facts known to the husband. He questions her, she becomes annoyed. He insists, pointing out the facts that do not fit and asking for an explanation. The wife uses more lies to explain the anomalies in her story. No answer she gives satisfactorily answers the questions. Feeling a numbing heavy gut wrenching pain growning deep inside him, as the last remaining remnants of trust leave his heart, he pleads for the truth. The wife seeing that her lies are not working, finally admits to sleeping with the unknown male friend she had been hiding from her husband.

Agony, anguish, anger, a toxic mix of emotions hit the husband so hard that he uncontrollably jumped up, roared like a lion, fists clenched, he kicked the wall and then hit his head against it, trying to replace the emotional pain with physical pain. It didnt work, and he fell to the ground, trying to cry, but no tears come. The word why escaped his mouth multiple times, his voice raspy from the roar and amid coughing, he asked "why...why did you let another man touch you. Why did you deny your husband, but let a stranger ruin your home. Why,,?" After a few moments of this, the husband come to his senses, and noticed his wife had not moved, she was just quite. She did not come to comfort him or to see if he was ok. He got up feeling somewhat foolish for how he had just behaved, but it was something so powerful, he simply could not control it. His wife seemed to be disgusted by his show of pain.

Millions of questions flooded his brain, he felt weak, unable to stand or walk steady. He sat down, and began to ask her a question but she cut him off, complaining that no matter what she says he didnt believe her.

The husband was bewildered and rattled his brain to say something which would make her understand that there will be a process of healing over time for him to get over this. It had only been moments since she had admiited to cheating, and already she was frustrated by his insecurities and the need to get answers.

But she would not talk any further. She wanted him to trust her and stop the questions. He tried but couldn't.

Later that day, the wife wanted to go collect her stuff but she had no license, so the husband offered to drive. On the way to her house she shared with her boyfriend, the husband again had a break down and again asked her questions, seeking reassurance. This caused the wife to become angry.

They arrived at the house, and upon entering, his wife turned against him. She told her boyfriend that her husband tried to rape her, and then she proceeded to call the police.

It was too much for the husband and he looked about for a seat as the blood rushed out of his head and his legs became weak. There was his wife, standing behind her lover, calling the police to arrest him. They were shouting at him, but he could not hear them. It seemed surreal. The thought of the police on their way brought him back to consciousness and he remembered that the keys were still in his wifes car which he had just drivin. Saying he needed fresh air and would wait for the police outside, he headed towards the front door. As soon as he was out the door, he dashed to the car and escaped.

On his way back home, anger took over all other emotions and he laughed as he saw incoming calls and texts form his wife and her lover. They wanted the car back. The car that he had purchased for his wife. She was not going to get it back. Never!. He remembered a conversation he had had with her lover not too long ago. Her lover had said that if he was her husband, he would have got her a much better car. Well now it was time to see if this guy was a man of his words. Plus it felt only fair that her lover provide for her.

Driving thru the back streets, the husband hid the vehicle and returned home. There was a sense of relief. He felt he had done everything possible to save the marriage, and that he could look his son in the eye and feel confident he did everything to protect his child. His heart rejected his wife. She became ugly and evil. His ego was hurt, but his will to fight grew.
