This is my favourite topic concerning the energy of a submissive's nature. Many people overlook the nature in the spirit of the submissive's act of giving to another human the control of her body. There is an intrinsic value in a woman's mind that binds her body to her mind. I suspect the psychology of this occurs from their mothers and media of their various generations. I have noticed that the spirit and it's value has changed as the submissives became younger for training over the years.
Yet, the training stayed basically the same. Most want and crave the structure of a dominant male or female. There is a sense of comfort in the obedience required in this structure. The training and learning of that structure is mostly the same in real D/s relationships if you attend a Munch you can observe and ask these questions comfortably. As well there are many sites on line that cost nothing where this information is readily available. But the spirit of the submissive cannot be found in writing or chatting to a Dominant. This is only found in person and a Dominants eyes as he or she looks at you. He or she seems to draw it out of you. It may take a day or a week or months but if you find the true match in D/s relationship your spirit gets sucked into them piece by piece.
This is not horrible vacuum feeling, rather a gentle forgiveness to each other offering a value of the body for the solstice of the mind. A comfort of that spirit to shelter in his, by his, with his for the safety of yours.
This relationship is much more rare than people think as most rush from one D to another without taking the time to look at the eyes. I never believed in windows of soul stuff, rather just honesty exists when you look at each other. If you stare and hold it without shelter of clothing and structures of society then a sharing of spirit can exist in any relationship. Whether it is D/s or vanilla, we should all look at each other and smile more these days.
