I am not an experienced writer or something but i do know one thing, there are a few words that need to be said about finding the perfect match on a place like this.
There is no formula.
Simply because you don't know who you are and what you like, how you like it and to what extent. We can only try explore these limits. I believe great things can be found in the last place you will look for. The best is to keep an open mind about everything because blinkers are for horses not people. Having a single bad encounter with a particular individual does not necessarily mean all of them (the stereotype you would have assigned), and neither is having a good experience.
Go out there (not being reckless) and have fun, with the last person and you'll probably have a different opinion in the end.
