I'm considering moving to another city. One that has an air of tolerance and open-mindedness. I'd like a resonably large metropolis for the sake of diversity and culture. It would be okay if it were much smaller than Chicago say around 1 million residents or so and I'd prefer a warm climate and close to a large body of water. One serious restriction is money. It would have to be affordable meaning a good percentage of low income housing. I would appreciate any input. I'm considering New Orleans,LA. Also at present I'm staying in the States.
