Just the same were ever you go.

I am no stranger to dating sites , I have been on quite a few. There are thousands of people the world over day after day looking to hook up and have sex.
What I have noticed on each site that I have been on is the ignorance. I am not the sort of person to ignore someone who says hello to me , I reply with a smile and say hello in return.
On adult dating sites you dont even have to type up a reply prewritten ones are done for you , you can say thanks but no thanks , yes im interested and so on.
So why , someone please tell me, do so many emails go unanswered ? We can tell when someone reads the email so its very easy to tell when someone is being down right ignorant in not replying in some shape or form .
Ignorant people are a complete turn off , its not a good look , there is no excuse for it , so why so many unanswered emails ?
Its the same thing on every web site i have been on ,can someone tell me a reason ?
