Crossdress conundrum

So I had a long drive the other day, these are some of the usual times I might dress, but I'd thought not today and set off without a change of clothes, ten mins into the drive and I see a gorgeous woman, with a stunning body wearing this sexy little dress, that was it then I wanted to dress up too.th I I couldn't turn back, but knew I was near a large supermarket and I needed a couple of other bits so I decided I was out of town, fuck it just go right in buy a new outfit and roll through the self checkout, easy. I arrived at the t#sco and proceeded towards the clothing, I was just scouting it out to see where everything was so I wouldn't be loitering in ladies clothing for too long, I'd spotted the tights, the underwear and the dresses and carried on to get the other bits, now with a couple of bits in my basket I headed back to the clothes, I had a plan and needed to stick to it, first a pair of opaque tights they would be easy so whilst getting them I could suss out the underwear, I'd grabbed the tights and seen a pack of two bras and a nice pair of knickers and got them, all super fast and not really been noticed, now just a dress.. From the knickers I could see the dresses, they didn't have a great selection, but I spotted a nice black one that would suit me so a quick flick through the rail and I've got my size in the basket, all discreet amongst the other few bits, phew straight to the self checkout and I'm done. There was a small que, but I was less than a minute before I was at the checkout ready to scan, I got an empty bag ready and started to scan, I put a drink through first, great, then the bra's, I scanned them and went to put them into the bag when "beep" they'd scanned twice, f#ck now the screen was saying I'd two sets of bras, bastard! I called over the slightly older than me lady watching the checkouts and sheepishly explained what had happened, I could feel my face burning up, but she was professional and after a bit of fumbling she'd cancelled one pack of the bra's but to my horror had gone into my bag and taken the bra's off somewhere, I was a bit confused, but proceeded to scan everything else including the tights, the dress and the knickers, she came back and handed me my bras, and explained there was a security tag on them, she then let me know that she'd need to take the dress to get the tag off that too and dove into my shopping to retrieve the dress, oh bugger, it hadn't gone quite to plan but I put through my credit card details while she was away and when she had brought the dress back I was ready to get out, slightly flustered, but not as bad as it could have been I supposed, I got to the exit bag in hand walked through the door and set off the alarms FFS!!! I was promptly greeted by a young security lady who just had to quickly check my bag, she got out the bras and the dress and inspected them both before handing me them back she then pulled out my new lace knickers and swiftly noticed the security tag still on these, no problem she said while she wondered off with my panties in hand.... then after what seemed like almost an eternity she came back, passed my knickers to me and stayed with me to make sure I got out ok without setting the alarm off again. I hurried back to my car never turning to look back at the store and drove out of the car park never to return again. Needless to say, I then drove to find a secluded spot where I could slip into my new outfit and forget the traumatic experience I'd just been through..... I can giggle now when I think about it, but it's back to the Internet for me for any new outfits x
