Absolutely, you should go to people who can boost your moral, improve your skills and help you succeed towards your career and in other words a spirit lifter. they are the one who will push you up, will inspire you and support you untill you overcome the challenges in life. and one last thing is avoid those people whose attitude is to bring you down but not to help you excel in your field. whose purpose is to humilliate but not to boost your morale. as they saying goes 'Avoid loud and aggressive person they are vexations to the spirit.'
