what is subdrop? think of it as withdrawals from the endorphin rush that's generated during a session. subdrop can be very hard on a submissive, and it takes more than throwing them a blanket when it happens. Subdrop signs include extreme emotionalism, depression and a general feeling of unease. The standard cures, if you will, for it are keeping the submissive warm, aftercare for her welts etc, and holding them and encouraging them. a few not so standard ways to fix it are to get the sub up and moving, having sex that ends with orgasm, and any other way that generates more endorphins, The after care is extremely important. Just sitting with a sub and rubbing arnica or first aid creme into her welts while holding her and telling her how good she's done can't be underestimated. also giving the sub Gatorade or other sports drinks (They replenish electrolytes) and giving them some B complex vitamins is needed, It helps, but all the pills in the world can't compare with a loving Dom that holds and encourages a sub. The stress vitamins do their thing, but not as well as the Dom doing what he should do. I've known supposed 'Doms' that practically ignored the aftercare and couldn't understand why their sub was crying and angry. Like I said, just throwing a sub a blanket ISN'T enough. Learn what aftercare is and use it. You'll be better off in the long run.

you're quite welcome, pale horse, Too many think that they know what it is, when they really know just enough to get in over their heads. |

thank you Ms. manicure. I just try to put into words what I think every Dom should know. |
