Way to Orgasmic Meditation

The first step of Orgasmic Meditation  is to couple up with a guy you trust," and build a nest.
Here's one possible setup: 
- 1 blanket 
- 3 pillows for her head and knees 
- 1 cushion for the stroker 
- 1 hand towel 
- timer 
- lubricant

Now, it's time to get into position.
First the woman removes her bottoms, lies on her back and butterflies her legs. Then, the man "sits down on her right side. He takes his left leg, he wraps it over her belly, and his right leg goes underneath her legs,. Note that the stroker remains fully clothed.

Once you're in position, set a timer and apply nickel-sized amount of lube to the hand.
The stroker places their palm below the strokee's bottom to ground her. The thumb should placed on the introitus, or the opening to the vagina.
Now it's time to begin. Start by stroking slowly up.
Develop an up-down rhythm. The stroker should apply as much pressure as they would when touching their own eyelid or brow.
