Thought Or Reality ?

I realize that due to ignorance, we wasted time, energies and opportunities which we may enjoy in a better way. I spent half of my life feeling guilty about sex. It took me all that time to realize that living in countries like India how hung up we remain about sex. Some of the major findings revealed to me were as following: Sex is a necessity to keep us fit, healthy, happy and in high spirits. We can enjoy moments of sex pleasures with our opposite sex friends who we come across in life, same way like we enjoy other good moments of friendship, with them.

If we can have frequent dates we can have frequent sex with them. Such relations strengthen our friendship bonds with them, provide pleasure moments, bring happiness in both lives, create an environment of love and understanding in our circle, provided we don’t take it as a sin or guilt feelings. Those who abstain from sex remain frustrated in life, create boredom around themselves, and invite sadness in their life, whereas those who enjoy sex regularly, feel satisfied with life, get best opportunities around them and found most active and happy in life.

I also learned that the natural desire to have sex exists in both men and women equally, unless they suppress it. Women also get stimulated towards a sexy man like men get stimulated to see sexy women. To enjoy sex change is necessary like we need change in food. We can’t eat same food again and again, even if we have the tastiest dish of the world. Similarly, we can’t enjoy sex with one person, again and again.

Excitement comes only when we bring change in partner. Furthermore, I realized that sex with someone other than our partner is not wrong or sinful if you are doing it safely for recreation, excitement and enjoyment with knowledge of your partner. In reality love feelings and sexual desires exist separately from each other i.e. if you have true feeling of love for your life partner, still you may like to have sex with another person and can enjoy best sex pleasures with him too.

Love will never diminish with this act. Your marriage remains stronger and risk of breakage diminishes. In reality this is what is happening around us covertly and it was always existed since the beginning of human history. That is why in most conservative societies of the world, sex still taking place covertly and a good percentage of both men and women enjoy extramarital sex whenever they get chance. This percentage is much higher in open societies. In fact, what come to surface is only 5% of what happens around us and 95% remain embedded as deep secrets among the two sex partners.

You may have people around you whom you think that they are pious and never indulged in extramarital sex, but natural urge would have urged them to enjoy sex when they got right opportunities. That is why stories of even strictly religious people in all religions having sex relations continue to appear in news. Sex is a natural urge both in normal men and women and everyone adopts his/her own ways to satisfy this urge. Some societies adopt various strict ritual, religious taboos and social cults to kill this urge, in order to keep their fake values.
