6 months ago, I joined in here all dreamy and hopeful.
The site seems well designed, contents are reviewed and it seems there are genuine real people.
and it's true.
But..
I discovered some ugly truth along the way...
it is full of prejudice. Prejudice against straight single men.
being one, I feel being singled-out as the only "species" that is not desirable.
It does not matter if I am really into the lifestyle and the people following it. Men & Women alike.
I understand though where this comes from: There is an army of men who are fake, pervs (not the good kind) and time wasters, disrespectful and looking only to get laid or have some trolling fun.
adding on top of that the male half of a couple who maybe have issues with other men joining,
But this does not mean you should ignore them all combined. you never know what you are missing. you should not lets your fears, issues, jealousy, or ego get in the way and try to get to know the characters of the people. else you are slowly tuning into a bigot (like trump)
Bottom line, you should give single men a chance to show what they are made of. and not let your prejudice-fears get in the way. you might like what they are and maybe make a good friend even if you are not "sexually"into them alone or as a couple.
