Getting and Staying Wet

I was soaking wet and totally getting pounded! Then suddenly the rain stopped and the sun came out. Even as my clothes dried out my mind turned to slippery stuff.


Lube is the unknown hero of the bedroom. Life and our lovers move fast, that plus how hard it is to talk about our private parts means that sometimes penetration happens faster than our body has the chance to turn on and sliquid itself.


Life is just too short to put up with uncomfortable nookie. A dab of pleasure gel can help ease things along until your own system kicks in. It's even good for you! Our love canals are delicate linings that are easily chafed and irritated---scraped and raw areas are just the kind of places bacteria likes to grow. Better than treating an infection is keeping it away in the first place by staying slippery from the start.


Worried about condoms breaking? Lube can help! Condoms are less likely to break if they slip and slide on their way inside. They also feel better with a drop of lube inside. Don’t even think about going in the back door without the KY, that rear passage doesn’t make its own slippery stuff, your ass will really sting if you don’t astroglide up before entry.


Just be careful with what you pick to play with. Oil based slippery stuff, like coconut oil and hand lotions will dissolve latex condoms and toys. Vaseline and other petroleum jellies will tear those latex condoms apart, too. Silicone lubes don’t dry out, are waterproof (I’m looking at you outdoor lovers you!) and sometimes a little pricier. You can’t use silicone lubes with silicone toys either. Water based lubes are the closest to our natural slippery stuff and are pretty much all around awesome. Buy a couple different formulas, see which one you two like most, and then use it every time….it’s good stuff!
