How hard is it to find a mechanic

Ok where to start. Well I need a mechanic in Bracknell, can anyone recommend someone.

I think the head gasket has gone and need someone to come and look at it and give me an honest opinion, being a female I have to be able to trust that I'm being told the truth.

So I'm saying help please.
