The joy of lying in the hot tub with the water at 38C looking up at the stars while the ambient temperature outside is below ten c, cannot be described only experienced. Then you exit the tub and the cold air hits your body as you hurriedly shrug on a robe creating an invigorating tingle throughout your body as you replace the thermal cover before going back into the house. Sitting down with a hot cup of coffee the tingling sensation continues to flow through your body creating a relaxed euphoria, you know you will sleep well tonight!
I used to envy those small enough to lie in a bath rather than just be sat there with my knees by my chest and a small amount of water that gets cold after 5 minutes. I can now lie spread out in the hot tub for as long as I like and maybe share the experience with...........
