What a busy day, up early, off shopping then to the gym had a real physical work out with weights then through to the pool for a relaxing swim.
Returned to a special friends flat after for a further work-out and my god what a work out it was. now home and about to head into a nice warm bath after putting a washing on. Mmmmm what a lovely day
