How and where to start?br

I am a very open minded girl who lives in a open relationship with my partner often i have several fantasies with role-playing and swinging although sometimes i feel that so far I have not lived my sexual life to its full potential. For the last three years I have been living with my partner and had another long term distance relationship with another man much more focused on role-playing and soft bondage. Today I think probably I am ready to take on other adventures that lead me to sexual exploration and freedom from conventional life but I think as I get older it will probably be easier to let myself go. I have basic problem which is where to start? Is there a safe environment where you can explore your sexual appetites but in a discreet and safe way? Do you think that as you get older you start feeling more confident about your sexuality? I would really love to hear your opinions and experiences so please share
