Using the joy of music to get in the mood

10:11 am Thursday, 21st April, 2016

Oh the joy of music from the sad ballad to the thumping bass of dance music in the right mood I enjoy it all, but what about in an intimate setting? We all have different ideas of good seduction music, should it be just quietly tinkling away in the background so that you can hear one another whisper sweet nothings, in your face loud enough to wake the neighbours and cover your cries of passion or nicely in between so that you can use it to get in the groove but still talk over it? And what type of music do you choose, well here is a small playlist of songs I like for getting in the mood. What are yours?

Je T'aime by Donna Summer
Velvet Rape, Tango in space, carry on turn me on and Ballad for space lovers by Space
the whole album MCMXC A.D. by Enigma
Samba pa ti by santana
Lovers rock by Judge Dredd
The great gig in the sky by Easy Star All-Stars
silent Lucidity by Queensryche
Bird of Paradise by Snowy White

OIC I too just heard about Prince I loved his music It has been a sad time for music recently with the loss of both him And Lemmy of Motorhead

Very sad news about Princetoo many people being taken far to early.
Sue, I know the piece you refer to, it was written by that famous Russian composer, Ripmecorsetzoff !
Sally, are you the ideal woman I ask myself ? Not only do you have superb taste in female vocalists but you clearly gave a fund of rugby club songs in your repertoire '
Chrissy, you have set a challenge which I would love to take on. Slow dancing in a dark corner to the strains of a famous military march ( I wouldn't mind the applause either ) We could follow this up with a sexy Tango to something stirring like Blaze Away by John Philip Souza or grind our groins together in a Lambada to the sounds of Colonel Bogey or maybe Glorious Prussia or The British Grenadiers !

Oh ! and before I forget. Here is a message for those guys who feel inadequate because they cum prematurely before the end of Chopin's Minute Waltz. Don't worry ! It actually takes between one and a half and two minutes to play ! Who said I wasn't a stayer ? !! lol

OIC the tango is a dance I would love to learn it always looks so good when others do it the best I can manage is a waltz. I do agree let there be drums is a great piece of music I have Rodger Taylor of queen play it live.

Sassy not ride of the Valkyries lol

Fetch I would have thought you would have been more of a Floral Dance sort of guy

Sassy, The Ride of the Valkyies by Wagner was our regimental March.Nigh on impossible to march to andf sounds bloody awful played in 4:4 time. Much better for love-making than drilling hairy-arsed Paras ! lol xx

Sassy when I think of a Valkyrie I think of beautiful buxom woman tell me what doesn't fit I'm not sure I'd have the stamina for three times a lady you'd be talking a good 24 hours

6:34 pm Saturday, 23rd April, 2016

Para's ........good regiment just don't go out drinking with them......................................

4:34 am Sunday, 24th April, 2016

Sally, yes you did take the wrong inference...due I admit to my clumsy use of language. Never mind,I would mention however that the regimental motto " Utrinque Paratus " ( loose translation " Ready for Anything " ) does not cover ALL eventualities ! lol xxx
