I am at a cross roads whether to put up a profile picture or not! We all have choices regarding if we would like to show ourselves to get more responses from our chosen sexuality.
Yes some of us do have reason(s) not to show ourselves on here not that we would not like to but the "fear" of being recognised by a friend/loved one etc is one of my main fears I say.
Would you agree we are naturally inclined to sway towards an "image" and build preconceptions of that person? but an old adage comes to mind "don't judge a book by its cover!"
So let me know what you think ....

Raffiano, we have had endless discussions about this issue in other blogs. Well, remember for every woman on the site, there are 50 men (btw, me exaggerating maybe but you get the picture) Therefore, you need to be seen by the ladies and couples. and be noticeable.

Hi " better half" Lol yes I know where you are coming from but as I say we as men are more "visual" not that I am looking for the perfect"10" ... wish Bo Derek! Lol You know I find the most attractive women in some really odd places. Only yesterday I ended up in a doctor consultation room and the new doctor was absolutely gorgeous... soon as we shook hands she had a glowing smile on her face and her pupils dilated yet we came back to earth and she dealt with me in a very professional manner ;( Lol Any other place and I think I would have walked over to her and said hi. She was no 10 but I could feel a very strong attraction (if you know what I mean)... Now I need to find someone near me whom would like me to "rock her world"! wink wink Lol |
