Each one in the line of eight men and three women, had signed for no less than a hundred lashes from various implements across their buttocks. This was arm aching stuff ! It was made even more exciting for the applicants as they watched flesh being cut and blooded on those who proceeded them. Probably regretting being persuaded by Zelda to sign for the full hundred. They were charged by the stroke !
As their warming up on the horse was completed they were blind folded and dragged to the over head rail by one of the heavies, and subjected to some extreme
