As Ronald690 says in so many words..Beauty comes from within and we all see what beauty we want to, I like BBW women, not just from a Dom's point of view but from a personal point as well. This does not mean that I don't like stick thin or any other type of woman. I am not a thin guy, some women probably think ugghh he's a big fella, others like me for who and what I am. So yes fq shout loud and proud, Rubens would not have been a famous painter had he not have loved the BBW.

I read that somewhere recently and it stayed in my mind. We all know our own faults and i think we are better served to play to our good points rather than become hung up on our flaws.

Yes i am a big girl, but that tends not to be the only or biggest thing people who know me or who meet me remember most about me if they are asked to describe.

Just be comfortable in your own skin, as if you don't like yourself how can you expect others to like you.

MsGN: I had routine tests the other week, I don't have high cholesterol (i try to eat healthy) or diabetes and my blood pressure is normal. If it is something you are worried about ask your GP to do regular checks just to take the pressure off you a little as you are a busy woman with more than enough to be getting on with by the sound of it.x

Ok, so yes I am a bbw..... but im not the ssbbw I was after loosing nearly 5 stone (still got a way to go till im size 0 pops so don't worry), im not saying ppl should be putting on weight or not living healthly.... im saying u should be proud of what you have got.... in any aspect........... weather a killer pair of pins.....amazing eyes....... or an ample chest.............. or the ability to make someone smile with your words............ u could be the fuglyest bugger in the world but if ur personality is your plus point be proud of it...... bella disnt fall in love with the beasts looks she feel in love with is heart (I love beauty and the beast lol). just don't play on your flaws..... unless you point them out most people wont notice it.....

I am an extra large woman, not huge but nowhere close to medium, much less small. True, this is not my ideal body shape and size, but it is ME and I am content with it as it is right now. I'm not frantically dieting to reach an elusive number, I'm letting things go as they will til I reach an equilibrium and the right place for me.

If we don't appreciate our bodies for what they are now, there's just no use in focusing on a goal that we'll never reach and only get depressed over.

I've found that most here and in real life accept me as I am; those who won't even chat with me because of my size aren't worth the bother.

Over the years I have had the pleasure of meeting ladies of differing ages,appearances, races etc.I can honestly say that I could count on the fingers of one hand,those that did not have some element of beauty about them.It is a shallow person who does not take the time to look for and appreciate that beauty ,but is content with the superficiality of it all.It is my privilege to know some of the above contributors and let me tell you,they are without exception,beautiful !
It may surprise you to know that by far the most popular gallery in the Louvre is the Rubens gallery.He specialized in painting large, fullsome,curvy and very sensual women and there are very few who are not attracted to Rubenesque ladies,believe me. I could go on about the beauty of the meeting of minds but that's a very deep and complex subject too and maybe one day,I'll express my thoughts on that also.

I'd intended to stay away from this one, but I think the bottom line is that everyone has their preferences. While I concur with Fetch about everyone having some beauty somewhere, I suppose I have a range of "BMI acceptability", but this is largely dictated by my own body type: if I was a really "big" guy, then I guess I'd be more drawn to larger women.

I've no doubt that larger women are happy in their own skin and have their fans. Judging from the obsession with "BBCs" (sic) on this site, I suppose I often think that I'd get more attention if I was one. However, you can't argue with the polls. In a similar vein, I think everyone has to accept that their own particular physical characteristics will not appeal to everyone. I'm perfectly philosophical about the fact that I'm only a minority taste.

I don't think your particularly in a minority, I would imagine that there are just as many guys that prefer a less rounded figure to the more fuller type.

Personally I will admit I do tend to prefer a woman with less pronounced curves, but in truth I've never had a relationship with anyone in the larger to'voluptuous' category but that's from fate rather than choice.

I'm a big guy myself 20 stone in fact, if I'm honest I would love to be less but alas it is a battle I have struggled with for many years.

I think it would be wrong to suggest that big guys only find big girls attractive, personally I find women beautiful regardless of size but must admit women of a larger size do have a particular effect on me.

I don't buy into the bracket of beauty comes from within, I'm sure that somewhere we are all beautiful as we are to somebody.

There is nothing wrong with thin or slim (choose whichever you prefer) women, but there is everything wrong with the notion that we should all want to be like that.

The fact of being large is a turn on to a lot of people in itself. Not many men I have met like stick insects preferring at least a bit of padding. Large numbers of men are scared of making first contact and there is something less threatening about a larger woman. Perhaps we take time to talk to you and you us, but you seem less up your own backsides than some of the sticks. Maybe being larger equates to being sympathetic and interesting. Apart from that, you are all dam sexy.
