I once had my back end bashed in by a Ford Transit on a slip road of the M6. It took them a fortnight to get my car back on the road.

Sorry to confuse wingit, Drz had suggested as a carpenter he may be touting for business on 'porches' as of over your front door, and I suggested it would be a mechanic to do work on a Porsche as in the car, but didn't notice the spell check had corrected it!

Must admit I don't care much for the tone of this blog either, but each to their own! For many years I've lived in a highly judgmental frame of mind, always thinking I was right, and avoiding situations because they didn't quite fit with my conditions in life. I'm trying to break away from that now, and look at things differently. Have to admit it's quite scarey, yet liberating at the same time, because I can see and embrace things I've never coped with before. Of course in the northern hemisphere the target of any so-called "bashing" are the back doors rather than the back end (cf to have ones back doors bashed in)
