I think there's a wide range of reasons... and it depends on the nature of the moresome. On the one hand, you might just have a guy getting his ego, as well as other things, stroked by the multiplicity of his conquest. I think it's the rush that comes not just from the sex but from the knowledge that you can satisfy two or more women at the same time.
