Well last month my body clock slipped into a different mode, and I am not talking about my constant stiffy either!. It went into Winter mode and I ate everything I saw!. For gods sake, I remember this happening a few years back, its like some sort of subconscious hibernation thing where my body says, its cold, store fat for the winter!. Today finally it appears to have abated. Thank God for that.
When you get to fifty its bloody hard to lose weight, and as and when I play I really don't want to give into middle age spread just quite yet. Don't get me wrong, I really don't mind getting older, just do not think I should look that old, quite yet.
