From my experience, the lifestyle can be far more difficult for husbands. If you swap frequently, you are bound to encounter a swapping partner who is significantly bigger than your husband. I think it is the wife's responsibility to make sure her husband is having fun and enjoying the experience too, in the end, it is a mutual experience if either one of you is uncomfortable and not having fun, it can affect both of you and your relationship severely.
