A Regression Session from early 2003


A beautiful girl with long dark hair and piercing clear green eyes looking back at me with an almost defiant look on her face. She is an outcast from her people. Born an orphan and raised by a wise old man who taught her the ways of the natural world. She is a free spirit and her community fears her. She lives on the outskirts of the community in a small cottage. People come to her for her potions but they make sure nobody else knows they’ve been there to see her. She is very beautiful and very active sexually. The church in the community considers her an outcast and she generally makes them feel very uneasy. She enjoys making them feel uneasy. She is her own person and displays a self-assurance that belies her 25 years. She gets visits from several of the bolder young men in the village and she enjoys sexual encounters with all of them but she remains her own person. She uses the cycles of the moon to help her prepare her potions, which are made from herbs, roots and flowers. Though she cures the people of their ailments that come to her, most of the people she helps remain quiet about it. They do not want to disobey neither the church nor the ones in power in the village. The girl so much as thumbs her nose to the community for she is utterly self confident and sure of herself. The time seems to be the 14th or 15th century. The place is somewhere in Europe.


As the years pass ands she reaches her forties, she remains a captivating creature. Just as beautiful and even more magnetic. She seems to be more accepted now though still not fully embraced by those in power. She has many people that come visit her. Not all of them come to her for potions for she remains sexually very active entertaining both men and women. She has more money now and is living a more comfortable lifestyle. She seems to have all she wants in life. Engaging in conversation with a totally magnetic personality she seems to cast a spell on all that approach her.


She tells me to let her loose. To stop holding her down, she is dancing before me, totally uninhibited. She tells me it is time to go out in the world and create your expression. I am part of you. I live inside of you. I am your eccentric side. I am your wild side. I have been held back too long. Let me loose. We both will be happier. Her green eyes are flashing in front of me.


Her name is Clarisa


I had under went several life regression sessions back in late 2002 and early 2003. The above was the eighth regression I had so it probably occurred in early 2003. It was one I really felt right about. The therapist had me journal the session that night when I got home. I have copied it out exactly as I wrote it out at that time. Looking back this session has a special significance to me now.
