So I have realised as I get older I feel it and unfortunately my size does increase a little so lots more exercise doing ten t
housand+ steps and hopeful it will keep the weight at bay. What ever we do it seems to help but any injury or miss of regular exercise means back to square 1 again.
Looking forward to meeting people who don't judge because you might have a couple of extra pounds but you have an appetite for some exercises that we can all enjoy.
