Er ... should also have mentioned the urm, well, you know ... (shhh whisper) man garden. Prefer that trimmed too but, that's been the subject of another recent blog. Don't need any moustaches down there!!

hmmmm.... A lot of the women that don't kiss have had a right royal jungle between their legs. I don't mind that as long as it does not smell.

Luv2: You seem to have misconstrued my philosophy. Going back to that pubes blog, my point was not that "jungles are cool". It was that women don't exercise much imagination and originality in universally choosing to be bald (yawn......). Even *I* shave all my bits, including balls, but prefer to leave a well trimmed pubic patch, basically because I think a man looks weird if he's totally smooth.

I can understand how off-putting it must be for many women to shag a bloke who looks like a bear, but there again there are others who *are* turned on my massively hairy torsos. I consider myself fortunate to have been genetically blessed with a naturally smooth torso (give or take the odd hair, which looks daft and so I remove it). Women in Japan hate lots of hair on men, so that suits me just fine, as it's easier for me to "go native" than it is for many other western guys out there :-)

Re. facial hair. I've always had a very short, stubbly white goatee. It's there for a reason (not just vanity - can explain later). It never gets in the way with kissing or anything else. I'd never have a tash, though. It would feel uncomfortable and unhygienic, and always conjure up associations with the contents of Mr Twit's beard in Roald Dahl's "The Twits" :-)

Yeah, I tend to keep my facial hair down to a minimum it kind of spoils the illusion...

Seriously though - the first time a guy with stubble kissed me I was shocked at how rough it felt and instantly felt guilty about all the times I'd kissed girls when I'd been all stubbly - it really was quite surprising.

I go clean shaven much more often now as a result.

I remember there was this bearded bloke I knew that pulled a girl who complained to him about his moustache getting in the way of kissing. Before she arrived for their second date he had shaved his tache off but kept the beard leaving hom looking like an Amish garden gnome. I don't believe there was a third date...

MsGeil: Do you think I should get my ear hair lasered off permanently? :-) I keep hacking away at it but within a few days it's back.
