“What things are there to look out for when deciding if a profile is genuine?” This is a question we often hear and so we’ve put together a list of some of the things which may help you come to a conclusion.
Do they look like a model? Open to anything and promising the world? There’s the possibility that they may not be real should their profile sound a bit too good to be true. OK, sometimes they may very well be a person who is looking to use the site for it’s intended purpose and just happen to tick all of your boxes - and everyone else’s. Just be tentative and keep an open mind however, although this isn’t to say that you shouldn’t do the same when in contact with any given member on the site.
We know, we know, we’ve said it once, we’ve said it a million times but anyone who asks you to part ways with your hard-earned cash should be setting off deafening sirens complete with red flashing lights for you. The purpose of joining this site could differ from person to person, be it to find people for sex, friendship with other like-minded people or slight variations and/or mixtures of these goals but finding people for their money or sensitive, personal details such as accounts is not one. Please report any member who asks for any of this from you.
Straight off the bat, unscrupulous site users may send you a message with their email address/Kik/Skype etc. and ask you to contact them away from the site. We have no power over external platforms unlike the safety of the site where we can recall any contact made between members needs be. If they are genuine, then they should be content to stay on the site and communicate until you two know one another better. After all, you’re a complete stranger to them also and surely they should be concerned as to whether you’re genuine or not?
We’re not talking about drunk-text shenanigans; We’re talking about an inability to follow a proper flow of conversation and nonsensical replies. Users with hidden agendas don’t want to put in hours of work on their profile or messages. So what you’ll end up getting is something that’s copied and pasted from the last person they communicated with or some spiel they’ve found online. Did they mention anything from your profile or photos? An interest, your job, anything? Do they respond appropriately when you ask questions about their life? If your answer is no, that’s cause for an eyebrow raise.

I've been on the site less than a week and immediately had at least 2 of these contacts, instantly suspicious...received an 'ODP' request, etc. Did not exchange any personal deets of course but what's remarkable is that in less than a week I've had umpteen more appear in my activity feed / inbox. Clearly the site is riddled with them....its a shame as no doubt there are many pukka people out there but I've nothing but fake/phishing scams so far.... ?? |

Im very happy that this Site does its best to protects the members and thier accounts...we have a variety of scamers on all sites....I hope that the members are advised to help with securing the site and its members from more highly professionals scamers who are marketers and place trackers on out personal devices as well ..Please web masters..be cautious with the code use so it does slow down the site or cause lockouts..etc I think by now with what has happen with a highly popular social site who got caught using the data of the accounts for their own profits and exposing our personal data as public domain..regards This site is still the BEST and probably the most secure of them all..???? |

DONT YOU BELIEVE IT !! Sites like this one are the Originators of the "Entertainment/Actress" profile.
