To Blog Or Not To Blog?

So as you can see from my profile (if you've bothered to read it?) I'm new to this and still a bit green around the gills. However saying that I'm enjoying the site and chatted to some really nice people. It was during one of these chats that someone suggested writing a Blog. Why not I thought, I can read and write, I can even do both on a good day! What have I got to lose? If its good people will comment and if its rubbish nobody will, I can live with that, so I thought I'd give it a try.
So to get some ideas, I clicked on Blogs scrolled up and down, read loads. Blogs about experiences, some fantasies, others asking advice and some just for meets. "Now what do I write about?" I thought...
Which is where I begin my first blog!
What do people enjoy reading? Do you want to be transported to anothers fantasy? To lose yourself in their thoughts? Maybe you only use it as a tool (no pun intended) to answer questions you can't find the answers to elsewhere? Perhaps you just want to re-live past glories, revelling in amazing moments? Or maybe its just there to meet new people?
So this people is where I throw it over to you. Maybe no one will comment or even read it? Where will it lead from my first blog? Or will it be my last? Here goes readers, whats your favourite type of Blog?
