I have just recently moved back to my home in Northern California. I live on a beautiful farm way out in the boonies away from civilization. I retired from the music business in Nashville where I was a well known country artistproducer. I am a world class chef, and I like to go to the best restaurants. I live alone with my Kittytahoetoy who is a rare Bengal Snow Leopard cat. He is my best buddy. I am looking for a serious relationship, friends first, and then we'll just let nature take its course. I'm very conservative, and I am retired. I don't want to climb to the top of the mountain. Been there! Done that! I'm just looking to live my life in peace, enjoy the good things life has to offer, and share it all with that very special someone. I guess you would say I am very eccentric. I was a Flower Child in the '60s in San Francisco, but I was also a 1st Lieutenant in the 101st Airborne Division in Vietnam. Some have stated that I am a true Renaissance Man of the 20th Century! (Of course, we are now in the 21st Century!) My life, now, is very simple. I get up at 5AM, bring my Kitty with me to open the clubhouse, make a fresh batch of coffee, and do a few early morning chores. (Check my mouse traps!) Then, when the coffee is ready, I pour a hot cup and put one lump of sugar in it, and stir in a bit of cream. Then, I take off my bathing suit or short pants, and go out on my back porch, completely naked, and sit in a very comfortable chair. The morning air is brisk, and sends an occasional chill, but it helps define what will be a brand new day. I sit there and look over to the Sierra Nevada Mountains on the Eastern horizon, and watch the sun peek over for the first bit of light for the day. It takes about 5 minutes, and then it's a new day. No one is around. I am completely alone, except for my precious Kittytahoetoy, and my little watch dog, Worthless, and the rabbits, squirrels, crows, ducks, pheasants, quail and so many other species of wildlife here on this farm. When I come inside, I take a hot shower, and then I'm on to my computer. Do you know the free email service that starts with a Y? Use my cats name and you can get me there. I have one of the largest Veteran Networks on the Internet, and I usually have several hundred email waiting for me every morning. I'm also plastered all over the Internet. And, new web sites on me are popping up every day. Life is uncomplicated for me now. I no longer have to worry about my next meal, I don't owe a red cent to any other human being or institution, and I have found a true sense of peace of mind. Many talk about it. Many spend countless amounts of money seeking it, but I am at peace. I have my health! I am sane. And I have a vast amount of wisdom to pass on to whomever I meet on the back roads of life. I look so forward to my Golden Years.
