Dogging sites in Portugal, Lisbon in particular?

I know this is the Spanish section of the forum, but I can't find another proper place to post my question. I hope someone can direct me to good dogging locations in Lisbon.

Are the dunes of Praia Do Meco and Caparica good places to watch people have fun, or even to join in?
