The best and easiest way to contact admin is by clicking on the help button from the menu on the right of your screen.

Select the option from the drop down box that best suits your reason for the enquiry.

Then submit a ticket to the onsite helpdesk. You can then track your ticket to see what stage your enquiry is at and read the outcome of your ticket once your enquiry has been processed.
