New Sunderland thoughts

Date start: 25.02.2009 Date END: 28.02.2009 I’ve just moved back to the North East which seems to be a vibrant and thriving area. I’ve been looking for a new place to enjoy my previous past-times and meet new people in a quiet and relaxed atmosphere. However, I struggled in good ‘ol Sunlan’ :(

Because of my new move and thoughts of a possible new location for swinging, I'm going to offer for the first 15 bona-fide couples a FREE place to have some fun and meet the future 'us'.

I can offer, for a very short time, a new and private place. Located in a penthouse apartment, overlooking the sea in the newly renovated West Sunniside area, not far from the original ClubF (to be honest, I’ve no idea where it is now but I know it was close) . It is very discreet with fairly local parking.

It's a brand, brand new place, as I've only been here in this new location for a few months.

If I can find enough like-minded people, then I'll maybe start a new place. We think Sunderland is missing a spot for like-minded locals (and not so locals) to meet.

At the (short term) moment I have two bedrooms. One will be a small private room (i.e. only agreed couples and their guests will be invited and others will be prevented from entry unless authorised), plus a spacious, luxurious double room, which will be public and may be watched (e.g. grope, exhibition room) but again will be monitored to ensure everyone is enjoying themselves ;)

The main room will be open for everyone to participate and have an enjoyable evening. There is also a small kitchen, which will mainly be for socialising and keeping anything you’ve brought cold, but again, no strict rules.

There is also an open, outside balcony area for the smokers. This is strictly a cover up area and maximum discretion is advised as this is a residential area.

No drugs and over indulgence with beer (and no charvers haha) will be allowed.

Usual etiquette applies. Remember this is ‘FREE’ but BYOB.
