Hi! It is hard to know just what to say, much like when asked to make a speech, which can be much the same.
Perhaps best just share a few thoughts of new things I am learning...is all I can think of here.
Life is a journey which takes many twists and turns, but one thing I have had come into much greater focus is that those with the richest, fullest, greatest quality of life are those who maintain or constantly seek to find what topics or areas of life about which they are most passionate. When I say passionate, I mean in a positive sense, not a negative one. So the most sensitive areas, sex, religion, and politics, often best be kept more discreet, as in a very specific vein or particular subtopic, with an overall positive directive or goal clearly being described and sought.
Summary: best long term quality of life means maintaining passion about living.
