Just because people strip themselves of pretensions and bare their most primal, basic need, does not necessarily beckon raw, crude and careless behavior. Precisely why we signed up in sites such as these, because we are vulnerable in the outside world, we need to afford ourselves a blanket of anonymity or surround ourselves with like individuals who understand where we are coming from.
I hope the next meetups will live up to the barometer set by my first one where I, as a woman, practically begging to get laid just by showing up despite clear disclaimers, was still treated with utmost gentleness, patience, and honesty, and treated like a lady.

Very well written. We can relate to your thoughts. Whenever we start conversations, it is immediately a turn off on the very first hint of the other party being crass or rude. The truly classy and cultured are out there too. And when you find them, it truly makes the search worthwhile. Good luck! |

And why shouldn't you be treated like a lady? I'm glad you had a good meet, and that you enjoyed yourself and it's given you the courage to go forward and try some more, but seriously - you SHOULD be treated like a lady. I would expect to be treated with the same sort of respect. :) I'm not having a go, far from it, just saying that you ought to expect to be treated with respect.
