So. introduction. and questions.

OK...round two here as my laptop is being totally psycho again. If this is a repost, sorry.

General consensus here seems to be that mails are not the way to go UNLESS you are particularly witty AND happen to send the right one to the right person who is at that point in the right frame of mind to respond. I, and many others, do try to respond to the decent ones, but let's face it, most of the mails we get are only good for the entertainment value provided andor to repost here when men ask what type of mail we REALLY get. I think most are shocked when they see what some men consider an "invitation" to meet. Personally, I have had my fair share of "I'm in town next Tuesday, let's fuck" type messages. They tend to get old real fast.

Yea, this is a sex site, but let's face it....we are people first. If you wouldn't say it to a woman's face in a pub or coffee shop, it isn't likely to go over too well here, either. Not saying you're that type, just that we become rather jaded by the time we've had our hundredth such message in our first week here.

There ARE real people here who do, in fact, meet. That being said, we, as I am sure you do too, have our interests and likesdislikes and don't necessarily meet with everyone who wants to meet us.

A lot of new people on here come in with the idea that here is the place for free sex, any time, any where, and it really doesn't work like that.

On another note, the site does send out automatically generated mails of "we're close, get in touch" that the sender is often unaware has been sent in their name.

I find the chatrooms a fun place to banter and have fun while meeting new people and deciding if they are someone I might want to meet. Not all are of the same opinion; find what's right for you.
