Just remembering last year, around this week ...out of the blue a few acquaintances (8 including yours truly) decided to have an impromptu NYE house party... It was a consensus by all in the group that this time of year the shameless overpricing of party tickets, beverages and extras at local popular party spots is way out of hand ...so deciding to just celebrate with a somewhat small group of people we should have our own private shindig. After all, one of us in the group was house-sitting a lovely penthouse just outside of the downtown core for the month... So what the heck, let's celebrate in style in a swanky loft...
I must admit that after chipping in $200 clams for booze and 'appies'... well, it was well worth it. Sometimes a little bit of drinking really enhances and/or inhibits a person to say/try/do a few things otherwise considered too ...risqué, shall we say? 4 boys, 4 girls, appies, dancing, booze, loud music... whats a group of like minded adults to do other than share a hot tub in the balcony and chime in the new year?
yeah... That's the way to welcome in a new calendar. In style. With like minded friends in a hot tub overlooking the downtown and swapping naked, wet bodies back and forth. I must say I wouldn't mind doing that again, but alas... most of the group that partied last year have moved on... good to reminisce though...
Good times... great fun. Hope another little orgy is in the future for me in the new year...
