This is a duplicated profile.... having become a VIP... and taken the money for a year... suddenly they cancelled my membership... I am hoping it is a glitch and that my old profile can be at least reactivated ... and the money I have spent on membership can be either credited to this profile.
The support centre advises me to log on and click support - which is difficult if they have deleted the account in the first place and then deny my email address exists..
