I am writing a new profile as the last one was pathetic. I am a retired chemist with a B. Sc anda Ph.D , a widower and an older man. When u are 50 there is plenty of time but when u are 60 the "grim reaper" is near, so get on with it and enjoy life, no regrets, just do it and have fun. As a chemist I can advise on Covid protection. The best protection if the throat feels funny is to take a tot of whiskey (10 mls) before bed. It is the number 1 throat disinfectant and kills all bacteria in the throat and larynx and lining to the stomach. I am a widower living in a lovely flat called "Eagles Nest". Yes. it is up high with bedrooms shielded by tall trees. I can walk in the nude and FLASH -- pity no one can see me.
