Submissive male seeking more. I have experienced very few things, but I'm curious about others. I exercise by swimming about 2-4 times per week, walk around the townrural area, bike riding around town, local area, or bike trails, and doing some calisthenic or kettle bell routines. I don't have a particular diet plan, but I continue to improve on that as much as possible, or willing (ha). I stopped smoking about 6 months ago, and seemed to have gained some weight as a result. I hear that's the usual effect, but it doesn't stop me from continuing exercising in some form or another. An exercise partner would be nice.
