I definitely believe in a higher power, and do my best to practice the golden rule in all of my actions. I was raised Jewish and the Jewish customs, yet respect & enjoy learning about other beliefs systems. I lived in South Korea for two years in Peace Corps and lived the Confucian lifestyle.
How Meditation shows up in my life
I meditate almost daily and Iām a firm believer in the law of attraction and creating our destiny. I believe we are self-made and capable of free will At the same time I allow myself to be guided by what is for the greatest good. This may seem contradictory yet makes sense to me.
