Just a quick heads up. I'm not really into the one night stand kind of thing. FWB is OK but for anything to happen I need a connection first. So, a year ago I had 2 dad bods, now I have 1 12 dad bods. On my way to one dad bod and am getting leaner and stronger every day so I'm on a health and fitness journey.
