I have been in the army since i was 16, now 26 and based at marchwood at southampton
i have been a PTI (Physical Training Instructor) for 4 years now i used to work at Worthy Down Winchester at a Phase 2 Army training center, i was working in the gym training recruits taking them on runs and assault course lessons and indoor circuits n soforth.
