I am very old-fashioned and tweedy, something of a dinosaur, and an academic type - probably too intelligent for my own good! I have a wicked sense of humour, but a gentle and sensitive nature. I have quite a good circle of friends who seem to consider me witty (or is that half-witty?) and intelligent - everyone seems to come to me needing answers to questions or a 'listening ear'. I am somewhat shy, but am told I am good company if I am comfortable with people. I am not a party animal, but I do like the atmosphere of a quiet pub or restaurant.
