I enjoy cooking and the eating part too. I enjoy the simplicity of barbequing and my interest in cooking carries over into the kitchen where I enjoy trying various ethnic cuisines. I still need to learn to let go and use more seasoning, however. I'm in love with life and learning. I strive to live each day with intention and joy and so should you. I search for simple.
