I'm one that went through the mill and while it wasn't always easy, after a while ended up smiling and balanced.
I value the important things in life, like health and breathing. I'm not materialistic, though that's not to say I don't like nice things - I do, but they are luxuries rather than the norm.
I work hard so I can have a couple of holidays a year to places I think will be interesting as well as relaxing.... I love beaches and sun but there is a world out there and so much to learn... so my thought process is "why not do both?"!
I'm happy in myself but I think life is for sharing... It's better that way. So that's the part of me I would like to impart - balance is important.
