I took a sabbatical from work to go backpacking for 5 months. I travelled through Africa, Singapore, Malaysia, Australia ( Sydney to Cairns ), New Zealand, America ( travelled overland from LA to NY ).
Loved the experience, and would do it for ever if I had the money :-)
I'm hoping to do my next trip in South America.
