Hiya, my name is Colin. I live in a small market town called Ormskirk about 18 miles away from Liverpool and 35 miles away from Manchester. I am 32, 5'11 and 15 stone - though not in a fat way in a muscly way hehe. I am big into my sports and love the footy and rugby and playing footy myself. I put alot of effort into looking good by doing the gym but also by eating the right foods as this leads to a healthy lifestyle and also makes you think positive and put life into perspective.
